EVEKO™ offers Australia-wide shipping.
What are the shipping rates?
- Standard Shipping: $10.00 (Excluding Western Australia)
- Standard Shipping (WA): $14.00
- Express Shipping: $15.00 (Excluding Western Australia)
- Express Shipping (WA): $18.00
- Complimentary shipping on orders over $100.00.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you need assistance, please contact us at info@eveko.au.
Orders typically arrive within 7 days, but may take up to 10 business days.
Promotion Terms
- Any alcohol promotions will require signature upon delivery.
Order Issues and Assistance
My order is damaged, what do I do?
If your product is faulty or damaged, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Please send us an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos or videos to help us assess the situation. We may request that the product be returned for inspection.

Can I cancel or edit my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or edits. However, we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please email info@eveko.au with your order number, and we will do what we can to assist.
I did not receive my order.
If you haven’t received your order, please contact us at info@eveko.au, and we will investigate the issue. All orders are linked to a tracking number, which you can access via the email connected to your order.
Redelivery Fee
A $10 redelivery fee applies for Australian orders if:
- The wrong postal address was entered at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
- The order was not picked up from the post office or courier depot, causing it to be returned to us.
