Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns except in the following circumstances:
  • Change of mind is not accepted.
  • EVEKO™ reserves the right to decline any unreasonable or excessive return requests.
Faults, Damages, and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
To be eligible for a return due to damage, the item must be in its original condition—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning the product. Please ensure all returns are authorised before sending them back, as items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened products (due to the nature of our items)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
