EVEKO products are proudly made in Australia, using the finest ingredients and sourcing Australian ingredients wherever possible, to bring our community quality they can trust.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
EVEKO is dedicated to ethical and cruelty-free practices in every step of our journey.
Our products are not considered vegan, as our formulas include Bioactive Bovine Collagen Peptides - a blend of highly purified collagen peptides that help strengthen and repair hair.
Are your products pregnancy or breastfeeding friendly?
Our Beauty Balance 'Calm' is breastfeeding friendly. We do not encourage use during pregnancy. As always, please consult your healthcare provider before consuming any new products.
Our EVEKO Hair Care is considered safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Our formulas are free from harsh or harmful chemicals. However, every journey is unique, so we always recommend consulting your doctor or healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
Are EVEKO products safe for children?
While we love that you want to share with your little ones, Beauty Balance 'Calm' should only be given to a child on the advice of a healthcare professional, always read the label and follow directions for use.
While our EVEKO Hair Care is non-toxic, free from harsh detergents, and made with natural botanicals, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before introducing any new haircare products to children, especially those under 12 or with sensitive skin conditions.

Can I use EVEKO Haircare on colour-treated hair or after hair straightening treatments?
Yes. EVEKO is pH-balanced (Shampoo pH 5, Conditioner pH 4) to protect colour vibrancy and seal the cuticle. It’s also The Straightening Salon’s recommended aftercare for smoothing and straightening treatments.
How often should I use the Shampoo & Conditioner to experience the best results?
EVEKO is gentle enough for daily use, but you may find you can go longer between washes. Many clients notice less oil at the roots, which means fewer wash days.
When will I start to see results?
You’ll feel the difference instantly - smoother, shinier, softer hair from the very first wash. Over time, our hero ingredients like Finger Lime, Coffee Seed, Baobab, Silk Amino Acids, and Collagen work to deeply hydrate, strengthen, and repair your hair.
Is it suitable for sensitive scalps?
Yes. EVEKO is gentle, soothing, and free from harsh detergents, making it suitable for sensitive scalps and even those with eczema or psoriasis.
Why is the pH important?
Healthy hair and scalp thrive in a slightly acidic environment. Our shampoo is pH 5 to maintain your scalp’s natural balance, and our conditioner is pH 4 to seal th cuticle, lock in moisture, and protect your colour.
What makes these products different from others?
EVEKO was created by The Straightening Salon for professional salon-quality results at home. Our formulas blend natural botanicals with science-backed actives, are pH-balanced for scalp health, and are designed to give you fuller, stronger, shinier hair with fewer wash days.
Are they free from sulphates, silicones, and parabens?
Absolutely. EVEKO is free from sulphates, silicones, parabens, and phthalates, so it cleanses without stripping, hydrates without heaviness, and supports scalp health.
Can I use EVEKO Haircare if I have hair extensions?
Yes. EVEKO is sulphate-free, silicone-free, and paraben-free, making it safe for most hair extensions, including keratin bonds, tapes, and wefts. Always follow your extension stylist’s aftercare advice for best results.
Will it make my hair greasy or heavy?
No. EVEKO is formulated to hydrate without build-up, leaving hair light, clean, and soft.
Many clients find it reduces oiliness at the roots, allowing for fewer wash days.

What type of Collagen do you use?
We use Bioactive Bovine Collagen Peptides, a blend of three highly purified peptides. With a low molecular weight (approx. 2,000 g/mol), it’s easily absorbed into the body, stimulating collagen production and promoting healthier hair, skin, and nails through its superior bioavailability.
What is Magnesium used for?
Magnesium plays a vital role in promoting relaxation and calm, helping regulate neurotransmitters to ease stress and support restful sleep. Each serving of Beauty Balance 'Calm' includes 200mg of Magnesium Citrate, known to be one of the most effective forms of Magnesium.
Are your products organic?
While many of our ingredients are organic, we thoughtfully blend natural and organic ingredients to provide high quality products without compromising affordability.
How should I store my Beauty Balance 'Calm'?
Store Beauty Balance 'Calm' in a cool, dry place (below 30 degrees), away from direct sunlight or refrigerate if preferred.
When do the products expire?
Please refer to the best-before date on your product. We recommend consuming Beauty Balance 'Calm' within six months of opening to maintain freshness and quality.
I have allergies, can I still consume Beauty Balance 'Calm'?
Beauty Balance 'Calm' contains no direct allergens. However, it is processed in a facility that may contain traces of fish, milk, gluten and soy.
Does Beauty Balance 'Calm' contain any artificial flavours or colours?
Not at all. We believe in keeping it pure, with only natural ingredients—no additives.
What's the recommended way to drink Beauty Balance 'Calm'?
Mix one heaped tablespoon (12.5g) into 150–200ml of hot or cold water and consume immediately. Can be taken with or without food.
How long will one jar last?
Each jar contains 350g, which is approximately 28 servings when using the recommended 12.5g per serve.
Can I consume Beauty Balance ‘Calm’ with other supplements or medications?
There are no known common interactions with typical supplements or foods, however we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before use, particularly if you are taking medication or have any health conditions.

It is naturally low in sugar, contains no artificial flavours or colours, and can be enjoyed as a warm or cold cacao-based drink. Magnesium, Zinc, Passionflower, and Lemon Balm have a history of traditional use in supporting relaxation and general wellbeing. Collagen, Davidson plum, and Kakadu Plum are traditionally used to support skin health and vitality.
